Vector Architects, founded by Gong Dong (Beijing, 1972) has become one of the key architectural offices in China. Their work is distinguished by its careful attention to context, a deep respect for landscape and the natural environment, the contemporary reinterpretation of Chinese building traditions, and the conscientious use of natural light as a project tool.
