Preadviezen / Reports 2011 of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht (NVRII) / Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NACIIL). The Association’s goal is to promote the interest for and the knowledge of comparative and international insolvency law. The Association was established in 2011.
Its first Annual Conference was held on December 8, 2011, in Amsterdam, with a presentation and discussion of Reports prepared by Prof. Loes Lennarts, professor of Company Law, University Utrecht and of Comparative Company Law, University Groningen, and Prof. Francisco Garcimartín, professor of Private International Law at the University Autónoma of Madrid, Madrid, and Counsel of Linklaters in Madrid.
